Boiled Alaskan King Crab Legs

Serves 3 - 4

Ingredients 
1. 1 Ninja Food’s Live Alaskan King Crab
2. 150g mayonnaise
3. 150g crème fraîche
4. 15g fresh tarragon - chopped
5. 1 large lime
6. 1½ teaspoon salt
7. 1½ teaspoon pepper

Steps
1. Detach the legs from the crab. Discard the body.
2. Boil the legs for 15mins in salted water.
3. Prepare the sauce in a bowl– Mix mayonnaise, crème fraîche, tarragon, lime zest, lime juice, salt and pepper.
4. Remove shell from crab legs.
5. Serve the crab meat with the sauce.
