Fresh Stingray

Stingray flesh is flaky and chewy. It tastes like a cocktail of lobster and fish. A popular choice for barbeque, especially when sambal is added. An important note when buying Stingray - Smell the meat, there must not be a slightest tinge of ammonia smell. It means poor handling and thus inedible.
